SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & PRESIDENT, IT OUTSOURCING DIVISION

Mark Perlstein brings 18 years of experience in business and technology and is tasked with leading CIBER's IT Outsourcing, CIBER’s infrastructure and IT operations services group. His expertise is in helping clients achieve efficiencies, cost savings, and service level improvements in all areas of infrastructure including help desk, maintenance, data center hosting, and general systems support.

Prior to joining CIBER Mr. Perlstein managed a $175 million services group in Boston, and has a strong background in general operations and go-to-market strategies for technology services organizations.

Earlier in his career Mr. Perlstein was a founder and principal of his own accounting and financial systems consulting firm, which he sold to a Long Island integration firm in 1995.
